2 delicious recipes of cinnamon fritters

Who does not like fritters ? Buñuelos can be a very good option for when you want to have a sweet and you do not have anything at home or for when guests come in a while and you have been caught without a cookie in the pantry. We give you 2 different recipes, one more elaborate and the other easier to make.

Recipe of cinnamon fritters

This first option is very rich. It’s a bit elaborate but it’s worth it. With this recipe you get some very fluffy fritters.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g of sugar (more or less)
  • 2 tablespoons of soft olive oil
  • 1 trickle of sweet wine
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Olive or sunflower oil for frying

  • 1 pan
  • 1 hand mixer

  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 silicone spatula
  • 1 skimmer
  • 1 tray or plate
  • Sulfite paper or butter paper

  • Sift the flour and the yeast over a bowl. Do not forget this point, it is very important for your donuts to come out without lumps.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Be careful not to fall on the clear any remaining shell or buds, it would be difficult to mount them.
  • Add the yolks and the 2 tablespoons of oil to the flour and yeast.

  • Remove with a slotted spoon and place them on a tray with absorbent paper so that they lose all the excess oil.
  • When they are warm, sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon powder.

If you want to make some fritters with a simple elaboration, without a doubt this is your recipe. Take note!

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 60-80 g of sugar
  • 50 g of butter

  • Frying oil, soft olive or sunflower

  • 1 plate or a tray
  • 1 skimmer

  • Sift the flour next to the yeast and reserve in a bowl.
