Potatoes are one of the most consumed foods on a regular diet. It admits several preparations and its nutritional contribution favors the organism considerably. So if you are a lover of roasted potatoes and want to vary your repertoire of recipes a little, this is your opportunity to look and try other options.

1. Potatoes with peas and cheddar cheese

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (200 g)
  • ½ can of peas (63 g)
  • 2 cups of cheddar cheese (300 g)
  • Vegetable oil (preferably olive)

  • Optional: 1 small onion (30 g)

Preparation

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Next, we cut them into canes.
  2. We bake the canes of potatoes at 180ºC for about 25 or 30 minutes, approximately.
  3. We heat a pan over medium heat, barely greased with a little olive oil.

2. Roasted potatoes with rosemary and orange

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (200 g)
  • 1 branch of rosemary
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • 1 dram of white wine (40 ml)
  • ½ glass of natural orange juice (100 ml)
  • Condiments: Salt and black pepper
  • Optional: 1 pinch of garlic powder

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. We wash and peel the potatoes. Then we cut the way we like the most. Then we sprinkle a little .
  3. We extract the orange juice (without removing its pulp) and mix it with rosemary and white wine.
  4. We take the potatoes to the oven at a temperature of 200ºC for 20 or 30 minutes. Once the first ten minutes have passed, open the oven and, without removing the potatoes completely from the oven, sprinkle over the mixture of orange, wine and rosemary. Put the tray back into the oven and let it finish cooking.

3. Roasted potatoes with tomatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (200 g)
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (60 g)
  • ½ mushroom tray (50 g)
  • Condiments: coarse salt, black pepper

  • 1 can of cream (150 g)
  • Virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup of grated cheese (50 g)
  • ¼ smoked bacon tray (125 g)
  • Condiments: salt, black pepper

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Wash, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices of medium thickness.
  3. Besides, we cut the bacon into small pieces.
  4. Grease a dish with a little olive oil and place the slices of potatoes on top. Next, we pepper.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes (200 g)
  • 1 whole garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • Condiments: coarse salt, oregano, thyme, black pepper
