For the syrup:

Beat to get a homogeneous cream. Chop the cherries (without the cape and without the heart) and check also.

  • Divide the dough into the cupcake molds and transfer to a tray . Bake 20 to 22 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean and dry).
  • Meanwhile, you can prepare the syrup. Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan. Let it boil slowly and do not stop stirring . When the sugar has dissolved and the mixture turns brown, remove it from the heat and let it set. Add the maraschino.
  • Remove the cupcakes from the oven and paint with the syrup. Let them cool in a rack. As there is no downtime in the kitchen, take advantage of those minutes to make the cream: in a bowl beat the butter with the icing sugar at medium speed until it is integrated and rinsed. Add the cream cheese and continue stirring. Put the maraschino and put in a pastry bag.
  • Decorate each cupcake with a little of the cream and finish the dessert with a cherry on top.

    • 1 tablespoon vanilla in pasta
    • 60 g of white chocolate
    • 60 g of cherries
    • 100 ml of Marrasquino liqueur

    • Wash and chop the cherries. Put in a container with the maraschino and let them marinate 24 hours. The next day it preheats the oven to 170 ° C. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    • In another bowl whisk the butter with the sugar until it is whitish and fluffy. Add the eggs one by one and then the vanilla pasta. Pour the melted chocolate while stirring. Pour the dry ingredients and finally the macerated cherries.
    • Fill the cupcake capsules up to ¾ of their capacity and cook 18 minutes. Remove and decorate on top with whipped cream. Put in the refrigerator until the moment of serving.
